Olga A. Balderama

Ms. Balderama has over 10 years of experience in law. Her practice is divided between counseling employers on the wide spectrum of employment issues and litigation. Her emphasis is on client counseling, wrongful discharge, discrimination claims based upon the FEHA, Title VII, ADA, and ADEA, FMLA, harassment, and retaliation. Ms. Balderama is a frequent lecturer and invited speaker on employment law issues and has served as an adjunct faculty member in the Business Department of National University.
