Albert J. Berryman Attorney Mr. Berryman has practiced in Fresno since 1973. He concentrates in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation and agricultural law. He has extensive experience in representing institutional lenders, equipment lessors and asset-based lenders in the documentation, workout and restructure of problem loans, and enforcement of creditors' remedies in the state court and the bankruptcy court.
He has served as a member of the Boards of Directors of the Fresno County Bar Association and the Central California Bankruptcy Association. He has also been a member of the Uniform Commercial Code Committee and the Agribusiness Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California. He is a past President and member of the Board of Directors of the San Joaquin Valley Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and he served a three-year term as an attorney delegate to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference. He is currently a member of the Business Law Section of the State bar of California, the Central California Bankruptcy Association, the American Agricultural Law Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
