Deborah A. Coe

Ms. Coe has experience in handling a variety of tort and contract litigation, including personal injury, crop insurance, crop loss, general business, construction, environmental, premises liability, and insurance defense. She also has experience in complex matters, with special emphasis in products liability actions involving vehicles, equipment, machinery, tools, and a variety of other commercial and consumer products.

She has represented business clients on matters involving a variety of commercial and consumer products, crop loss claims, real estate broker claims, construction disputes, environmental issues, Department of Transportation inquiries, contract disputes, and other general business litigation. She is experienced in complex matters. Ms. Coe also has experience in medical negligence litigation in addition to other business, products liability, and insurance defense related litigation areas.

Ms. Coe serves as a judge pro tem for the Fresno County Small Claims Court and is on the Fresno County Superior Court approved list of mediators. Ms. Coe is active in professional associations. She is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association (Construction Law Section, Co-Chair 2005-2006; Chair 2006-2007); Fresno County Women Lawyers (Board of Directors 2002—2006; President 2005); State Bar of California; American Bar Association (Member, TIPS & Litigation Sections); Defense Research Institute (Member, Construction Law Committee, Products Liability Committee); Association of Business Trial Lawyers, Northern California; and the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada. She has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees for San Joaquin College of Law since 2003.
