Matthew E. Hoffman

Mr. Hoffman's practice focuses upon corporate, partnership, and individual income tax matters. Mr. Hoffman is also experienced in family business planning and estate and gift tax issues. Mr. Hoffman regularly assists business clients with entity planning and formation, secured loan transactions, and purchase and sale agreements. He is also experienced in loan workouts, marketing agreements and real property transactions. Mr. Hoffman is a member of the Fresno County, California, and American Bar Associations. Mr. Hoffman currently serves as the firm's Business Department Chairperson.
