Jarrod M. Kiyuna

Jarrod Kiyuna focuses his practice in the areas of business planning and taxation, counseling clients on issues relating to entity selection and formation, financing, compensation, succession, real estate transactions, asset acquisitions and reorganizations. Jarrod also represents clients, including, Native Americans, Tribes and Tribal Organizations, in Federal, State and local tax controversies both before the taxing authorities and the federal and state courts. Additionally, Jarrod advises nonprofit organizations on matters relating to formation, operation and dissolution.

During law school, Jarrod served as an extern to the Honorable Anthony W. Ishii of the United States District Court of the Eastern District of California.

Jarrod is a member of the board of directors of the Fresno Chapter of the Japanese America Citizens League and assists with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes program at Alta Sierra Intermediate School.
