Joseph M. Marchini Attorney Mr. Marchini began his career as an associate with Baker Manock and Jensen in 1978. His primary practice areas are agribusiness and civil litigation. Mr. Marchini has represented clients as lead counsel in several of the largest complex business cases prosecuted in the Fresno County Superior Court over the last twenty-five years. He has represented public agencies and private parties in water rights litigation. He is experienced in both trial and appellate practice. He also provides general business advice to various clients engaged in farming, packing, food processing, produce brokerage and the food import/ export industry.
He is a member of the American Agricultural Law Association, the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. He is also Co-Chair for 2008 of the Standing Committee on Agribusiness of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California.
Mr. Marchini serves on the boards of the Fresno Business Council and Nancy Hinds Hospice.
