John G. Michael Attorney Mr. Michael has practiced law since 1982. His practice areas are business litigation, agribusiness, health care law, intellectual property, and general business. His expertise in business litigation includes real property disputes, creditors' rights, foreclosures, contract, antitrust, and other competitive business cases and domain name disputes.
In addition, Mr. Michael assists agribusiness clients with lease disputes, crop damage issues, contracts, commission merchant matters, agricultural real estate transactions, agricultural financing, and agribusiness sales and acquisitions.
Mr. Michael also represents physicians and physician groups with competitive business practice actions, medical partnership dissolutions, investment disputes and administrative matters.
