Mark S. Poochigian Attorney Mark Poochigian practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration. He is experienced in simple and complex estate planning matters, including the preparation of estate plans for farmers and other business owners. Mr. Poochigian represents trustees and executors in trust and probate administration, as well as fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trust and estates disputes and litigation.
Mr. Poochigian was born and raised in Central California. Mr. Poochigian received a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2000, and his law degree from the University of Southern California School of Law in 2003, before returning to Fresno to practice law in that same year.
Mr. Poochigian was admitted to the California bar in 2003. He is a member of the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association, and the Estate Planning, Probate and Trusts section of the Fresno County Bar Association. Education:
