Kenneth J. Price

Kenneth J. Price's practice includes public agency law, various corporate and real property transactional matters, and government relations. Mr. Price represents numerous public agencies and quasi-governmental entities as general counsel, including the Fresno Convention and Entertainment Center, the Fresno Area workforce Investment Corporation, the Fresno Local Agency Formation Commission, and the Fresno Nuclear Energy Group, LLC.

Mr. Price has over 15 years of experience in politics, law, government, and public policy. In 1992, he began his career as the Central Valley District Director for United States Senator Dianne Feinstein (CA). In this capacity, he represented the Senator in 16 California Counties and was her in-state point person on agricultural and water issues. In 1996, Senator Feinstein promoted Mr. Price to serve as her Deputy State Director where he directed her Los Angeles office, managing a field and support staff of ten. His accomplishments include researching and drafting the Comprehensive Methamphetamine Control Act of 1996, signed into law by President Clinton, which regulates commercially available chemicals used to make this deadly drug.

Mr. Price is on the Board of Trustees of the Fresno Metropolitan Museum, the Board of Directors of Tree Fresno, and is a graduate of Leadership Fresno, Class XI. He is also a frequent local television commentator on political and legal matters.
