George L. Strasser Attorney Mr. Strasser has practiced law with Baker Manock & Jensen since 1975. His practice emphasizes Health Care Law, Business Litigation, and Mediation. Mr. Strasser has extensive experience in defending physicians before the Medical Board of California, and in defending other health care professionals before their respective licensing boards. He also has experience representing physicians in disputes involving treatment of Medicare patients before California Medical Review, Inc., and Lumetra. Mr. Strasser has also defended many physicians in Medical Malpractice cases, and he has served as an arbitrator and mediator of personal injury and business cases. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), the California Academy of Attorneys for Health Care Professionals, the California Society for Healthcare Risk Management, Consumer Attorneys of California, the Leadership Fresno Alumni Association, and the Fresno County (Board of Directors (1996-1998), Treasurer (1999), California, and American Bar Associations. Mr. Strasser is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of the San Joaquin Valley (Chairman of the Board, 2003). Education:
