Amanda M. Neal Attorney Amanda Neal, a native of Bakersfield, graduated with honors from California State University, Bakersfield with a B.A. in Political Science and a double minor in Criminal Justice and Philosophy. She graduated With Great Distinction from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in May. In addition to her law degree, Amanda received a Government Affairs Certificate from McGeorge in 2008, and is a member of The Order of the Coif. She is practicing transactional law - primarily in the areas of public agency and water law. Education:
