Firm Names Two New Shareholders

FRESNO, CAL - Baker Manock & Jensen is pleased to announce that Lauren D. Layne and Courtney R. McKeever have been selected as Shareholders with the firm. Both attorneys are well-known for bringing consistent quality and proven results to the firm in the following practice areas:

  • Lauren D. Layne specializes in water law, environmental law, public agency law, agribusiness, and chairs the firm's Reclamation and Water Law and Public Agency practice groups.  Ms. Layne earned her J.D., with distinction, in 2010 from McGeorge School of Law and joined Baker Manock & Jensen in 2011.
  • Courtney R. McKeever specializes in corporate and general business law, agribusiness, and real estate law. Ms. McKeever also assists business clients with on-going issues, including sales and acquisitions of assets, leases, and employment agreements. Ms. McKeever earned her J.D., summa cum laude in 2010 from Loyola Law School and joined Baker Manock & Jensen in 2012.
