Alex A. Lozada

Alex Lozada specializes in business litigation, medical malpractice, and eminent domain.


Mr. Lozada is a litigation associate at Baker Manock & Jensen.  His practice focuses on civil litigation, professional liability, and eminent domain lawsuits.  He has experience working on a wide variety of legal issues including contract disputes, business torts, medical malpractice, and consumer law.  He has represented clients in various matters in federal, state, and tribal courts. 

Before joining Baker Manock & Jensen, Mr. Lozada worked for a law firm that primarily represented Native American tribes and their instrumentalities, concentrating on general civil litigation, business development, and regulatory compliance.  Prior to entering private practice, he worked as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney and as a judicial law clerk for the judges of the State of Connecticut Superior Court.

Away from the law, Mr. Lozada has a passion for music education and is dedicated to developing young musicians' talent and fluency in the performing arts.  He is the head percussion instructor for a local high school and holds board memberships with the Tulare County Symphony and the South Valley Winter Arts Association.
