Mr. Helon is a Fresno native with more than 40 years of experience. His practice includes business planning, business and real estate transactional matters, estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships and related estate and trust litigation both trial and appellate. He has extensive experience in these areas, having served as judge pro tem of the Fresno County Superior Court Probate Department, as a Special Master, as a Court appointed referee, as a Court appointed guardian ad litem and as a

Court appointed attorney in numerous estate and trust administration matters. He also is currently serving on the Fresno County Superior Court Rules Committee.

Mr. Helon has been active in many professional, charitable, and fraternal organizations, including service as a Board Member and as Chairman of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the Fresno County Bar Association and as a member of the Business, Real Property and Estate Planning Sections of the State Bar of California.
